Mary Ann
Mary Ann O’Hara is the owner of Groutsmith of the DC Metro Area. She has been a lifetime resident of the area. Her background includes a graduate degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida as well as being a licensed General Contractor for 20 years. As the owner of two franchises and a General Contractor business, she is focused on bathrooms and smaller home improvements.
Her goal is to provide the best return for her clients at a reasonable price. Owners are encouraged to participate in selecting options and finishes to meet their style and budget. From tile and grout repair to full bathroom replacements, Mary Ann and her staff pride themselves on customer satisfaction.
John
John has worked in Property Management for over 20 years while also managing a Home Improvement Division for 15 years. He has worked in retail and customer service/relations throughout his professional career and has extensive knowledge in the repair industry.
John’s background in tenant occupied properties and the challenges created when repairs are required – along with his broad-based background in several repair fields – round out the skill set for solving most any repair need the customer can bring to us.
